ASAP Mobile RV Repair

Greg Smith a month ago

In Denver for a few days arriving from North Carolina. We sprang a leak in the bathroom sink. I replaced the washer, but that didn’t stop the leak. I called several mobile RV shops, and had a great experience with ASAP! While talking with the tech, he told me how I could fix it myself for less than half of what his service would cost. With his encouragement and list of things I’d need, I was able to replace the PEX fitting and stop the leaking. I had questions when all was done and he said my experience was exactly right. So relieved, and prepared, to face water issues as we continue our trip. I cannot adequately express how grateful I am for his concern and follow up. ~ Greg

We used Altitude Mobile RV Repair for the past 3 years for everything from winterization and routine maintenance to major modifications and repairs. Austin has always been on time, efficient and spot-on with his cost estimates. Our motorhome always seemed like the chassis was not connected to the camper. We initially took it to big repair shops, none of whom could make any difference. Austin quickly figured out that the factory did not fully attach the camper to the chassis, took it apart, attached it, and made it literally better than new. We could finally enjoy our motorhome without feeling like it could shake apart. He replaced our awnings and kept all systems working flawlessly. He is an absolute pleasure to do business with, is knowlegable, reliable and fair. We recommend Altitude Moblie RV Repair highly!

I have called ASAP More than once, and I have always Received exceptional service. I own 24 HR RV a Mobile repair service by Omaha, Nebraska, and I have called this company when I needed help for a customer out in Colorado. He had great advice with a water heater that was having troubles in high altitude, and he also just went out and fixed an air conditioner for a customer of mine, he provided same-day service. I can tell he is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I would definitely more than recommend ASAP.

Dude was nice, but if you aren't willing to do all the jobs, easy or not, might not be the best career choice. He came to our place to fix our bed, said it needed new tracks. He went on and on about how much it would be, made a comment about how mobile HOMES aren't meant to be lived in, it took a lot to not laugh. I didn't want to be rude but I already new i wouldn't pay him to do any real work. He helped rig the need so we could get it up and down, but it only last a day. Need some cabinets tightened, maybe a new battery, this might be your guy. For something important, find someone more experienced. We did reach out for a quote and he never even replied. Maybe he doesn't like lesbians, idk or care, just think people should know before they pay a service fee.

Had him come out to take a look at our tilt bed and a slide cover. He came out, said bed needed new hardware that he would need to order. The slide cover had a broken arm, so he took that with him, also so he could order. He said he would get an estimate together and text it to us. Well its been almost a month and no further communication from him. While he was looking at the bed he must have told us at least a half dozen times how long the job would take (which we had no problem paying him for) but really seemed like maybe he was trying to deter us as he didnt want to do the job. If you own a mobile RV service and have jobs you don't want to do than dont waste the customers time and money to come out when you knew what you were coming to look at. Would not recommend calling Joe as he doesnt follow through.
